The Lotus Eater

Well, I have been wanting to Critique your work for a long time. So here we go!

As with a lot of your other work, you have a unique style all your own. And though the theme behind this isn't crystal clear, it certainly LOOKS good. The anatomy (What's there, at least) looks great, and the lotus petals coming out of their throat is a really cool effect. The colors all jump out at you, and set this piece apart from many I have seen.

My only gripe that I can really make is the simplicity of the background. The image in the foreground is exquisite, but the simplistic background (In comparison to the subject) is a little off-putting. That being said, it isn't a HUGE deal breaker.

Overall, you should be pretty aware of why I like your work so much! You put hard work into it, and you get the results out of it that I hope you'd like. And if not, you'll always be getting better.
